Welcome to Viva Living Fitness

Do you like the idea of being active outdoors? Do you believe exercise should be fun? Do you want to lose a few kilos but bootcamp is just not you? Come and try one of our fitness groups! We offer several training programs, both for children and adults, based on our philosophy that fitness is a fundamental part of living well.

At Viva, we believe the most important motivation for people to continue taking part in any sport is enjoyment. If we exercise with friends, put in a big effort and have a chat and a laugh, we are far more likely to keep up our fitness routine.

This is what makes Viva’s coaching programs so successful. Our outdoor training sessions build fitness and strength but have a strong focus on play and fun. Our groups are small so all participants get plenty of one on one time with their coach to help them stay on track. The result: a great sense of achievement and improved physical health and well-being.

For children we offer:

The Viva Kids program is based on the same principles as our adult fitness groups, providing non-stop games and action with a focus on enjoyment, skill development and team building. Viva Kids takes place straight after school in the safety of the playground and is a great alternative to after school care.

The aim of our Athletics Coaching is to improve aerobic fitness, agility and physical strength while also developing event specific techniques and skills. The training is based on an IAAF program purposely designed to allow children to enjoy the full range of athletics events.

Interested? Our coaches are happy to provide details on any of our training programs.

This may sound corny but my personal training in the pool with Liz from Viva Living Fitness has just changed my outlook on so much. My doctor says I am up for a new knee but have to take a lot of weight off first and get fit. I really hate all that sweaty fitness stuff, but the pool fitness sessions are so much fun and are really changing my fitness levels.
